1. Use alphabets as serial:

=LEFT(ADDRESS(1, ROW(A1), 4, TRUE), (ROW(A1)>26)+1)

2. Find start date from a schedule(Array):

=ADDRESS(ROW(),MIN(IF(E2:BC2<>"",COLUMN(E2:BC2))),4,1)

3. Find end date from a schedule(Array):

=ADDRESS(ROW(),MAX((E2:BC2<>"")*COLUMN(E2:BC2)),4,1)

4. Convert cell name to column name:(Highlighted stands for the cell inquestion)
